Where to meet people?

I was wondering if any of you have any ideas of where to go to meet people? Well for me it would be men. I would like to venture out of online dating and start meeting men in person.

I have always met men whereever I perform my normal activities. I go to church, and they have a lot of activities for single people, so that is one idea. Also, I have met dates through my work, as well as through book clubs and at coffee houses. I think if you just get out and get active, you will find someone. Also, some cities have organized events for singles, and that is another good place.
