What should I do, we still love each other like before!!

I am not able to forget my last Break-up and this the most difficult times of my life!! Even today we love each other but not ready to live together!!! What could be worst then this!!! Everyday see comes to my house and meet my sister and go even when my sister is not there at home she waits for her for hours. But my ego is not letting me go to her and apologize to her.

What should I do!!!!
