When you are out on a date with someone, do not talk about your ex unless it is just a brief mention. I have been on dates where a fellow is clearly still in love with his ex and goes on all night about how great she is. I have also been on dates where a guy rips his ex to shreds verbally. Neither of these situations make for a fun date!
