Meeting the Parents

How long do you wait until you take your date to meet your parents? Do you wait until things seem to be getting serious, or do you introduce them fairly early? I always wait a bit. My parents fall in love with everyone I bring home and it gets embarrassing when they make a big deal out of things.

I will try to wait before introducing a guy to my parents. I have a boyfriend right now and I am planning to let him meet my family because I think he is really the one for me.:)
